Delete Your Account
TwinSubtitles — published by Peach Studio
You can delete your TwinSubtitles account and everything we hold for it. An account only exists if you signed in — with Google, or with an email address and password. Deleting it removes your sign-in record and your server-side usage log. You do not need the app installed to request deletion.
1. Delete from inside the app
Available in TwinSubtitles version 1.2.0 and newer:
- Open TwinSubtitles and make sure you are signed in.
- Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the home screen to open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
On an older version, or if you have already uninstalled the app, use the request path below instead.
2. Request deletion by email
Send an email to studio.peach.go+twinsubtitles@gmail.com with the subject TwinSubtitles account deletion request.
- Send it from the email address you signed in with — that is how we verify the request is yours.
- No other information is needed. You do not need to give a reason.
We confirm by reply once the deletion is done, normally within 7 days and always within 30 days of the request.
3. What gets deleted

| Analytics events — pseudonymous app-usage events (screen views, translation started/completed) that are not linked to your account | Retained by Firebase Analytics under its configured retention window, then deleted automatically. These carry no email, name or subtitle content. |
| Server logs — operational log lines recording that a request was made, including the internal user ID (never your email, name or subtitle content) | Kept for up to 30 days by Google Cloud Logging for security and debugging, then deleted automatically. |
Apart from the two automatically-expiring items above, nothing is retained after deletion, and we keep no backup copy of a deleted account.
